The Ogre Elite Guard (Blackbloods)

When an Ogre Heavy-Infantry Soldier survives thirty battles and has demonstrated a savagery above that of his fellows, be often finds himself promoted to the Elite Guard Units of the Empires. First formed under Emporer Harrad Ironfist two-hundred years ago, the Elite Guard units are now found in most provinces of the Empire and are assigned special task and important positions in an army army's formations. Trained even harder than a regular Ogre soldier, the Elite Guard are specialists with a devastating Two-Handed Falchion.
