Monarch (Sons of Kronos)

Few warriors can inspire as much dread and inspiration as the Monarchs, the masters of war for the Shadow Tribe. The Monarchs are its greatest warriors who ride into battle on trained and ill tempered stags of great size.

The Monarch practices acts of self-mutilation which it does to venerate their heroic ancestor Bile. The Untamed of the Shadow Tribe follow the commands of a Monarch to the letter, hordes of warriors eager to follow him into the great oblivion if need be. Encounters with Monarchs have left a consistent impression in the minds of the other tribes, an impression that these beings are possessed of a power that does not come from the Earth Goddess, but from a much darker place. When Monarchs thunder into battle astride their great mounts there are few that can offer them challenge.
